Cancellation Policy

At Superbiome, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@milieuskin.com.

Physical product orders

Orders for physical products, including skin test kits and skincare products, may be canceled before the order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If eligible, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Subscription orders

For recurring skincare subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation will stop future charges, but does not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped.

Software subscriptions

You may cancel your app subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the subscription terms.

Except where required by law, fees already paid for software subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Order changes

If you need to update your shipping address or make another change to your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@milieuskin.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
