Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unworn or unused
- with tags
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at support@milieuskin.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- personalized products
- skin test kits that have been opened, tampered with, or used
- personal care goods, including beauty products, where return is not appropriate for hygiene or safety reasons
- custom products or special orders
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- sale items
- gift cards

Damages, defects, and incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at support@milieuskin.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@milieuskin.com.
Software subscriptions
Except where required by law, app/software subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel at any time to avoid future renewals.
