We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Shipping address accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@milieuskin.com. We will do our best to make updates before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.
Order tracking
If tracking is provided for your order, you may use the tracking information sent to you after shipment to monitor delivery status.
Lost or stolen packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@milieuskin.com. We will work with you to help resolve the issue and, where appropriate, replace the package.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
